Not a Broker-Dealer
You explicitly acknowledge that 7x Capital Partners is NOT a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, crowdfunding portal, or law firm. We do not:
- Sell securities or solicit investors on your behalf.
- Negotiate terms of any investment transaction.
- Hold or manage client funds or securities.
- Guarantee the success of any capital raise.
Our role is strictly limited to providing the “infrastructure” (branding, strategy, and systems) for you to execute your own capital raising activities in compliance with applicable laws.
2. No Financial or Legal Advice
The content provided on our website and through our consulting services is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
Capital raising involves complex legal regulations (including SEC Regulation D, Reg A+, Reg CF). 4. Client Responsibilities
